Our Tutors
At Carolina Academy for Educational Excellence we are dedicated to hiring only exceptional tutors and teachers who are committed to the philosophy and mission of the Academy. Our tutors work here because they have a true passion for teaching.
Tutors and teachers personally create lessons on an individual basis, always with a student's particular learning style in mind. While we may provide workbooks, worksheets or other curriculum to use during the tutoring session, there is absolutely no prescribed program. Our tutors are able to determine your child's strengths and weaknesses as they work together on a regular basis. Adjustments are made as needed in order to create a program that meets the student's individual academic needs and goals.
We strive to make the perfect match for each student from the very beginning. If you are not happy with your tutor for any reason, please notify our office immediately. We will be more that happy to assign a new tutor to your child. Thankfully, the Academy's friendly and stimulating environment attracts only the best tutors and teachers. We do, however, monitor all tutors as they work with students to make sure they are effectively and expeditiously assisting them in meeting their educational goals. We believe in open communication and always welcome your questions, comments and concerns.
