One-on-One SAT and ACT Test Prep
Get Ready for Success
Taking a timed standardized test can be scary for students of all abilities, especially if they have not had any experience with exam formats or typical question types. Emphasis is placed on modeled and practiced test-taking strategies to help students gain skills that can benefit them in other academic settings beyond the big testing day. We want your student to feel successful and prepared for college entrance exams and other standardized evaluations. Don't wait until it is too late to make a difference in performance.
How We are Different
CAEE is unlike any other test prep center in Greenville! We provide support for our students from start to finish. We schedule students for diagnostic exams and hold a pre-prep consultation to assist students in determining whether the SAT or ACT is the perfect test for them. During our sessions, we focus on helping students strengthen their skills and build their confidence. Our tutors work side-by-side with our students to model strategies and provide content instruction. We encourage open communication with parents throughout the prep, and are always happy to send progress reports. After students take their exams, we reach out to them to see how they did and are always willing to do a post-prep consultation.
Breaking it Down
Our full prep is designed to include test taking tips, review of all content areas, modeled strategies and integrated timed practice to monitor progress. For previous test takers who are looking to "fine-tune" their current scores, we offer an intensive prep customized to fit the needs of the student based on previous scores.

We offer students the opportunity to take a full length practice exam to determine how they would score on an actual exam. Diagnostic exams can be beneficial, as our detailed score reports allow us to see areas of weakness before we begin prep and they generate accurate scores based on students' current abilities. If we have scores for both the SAT and the ACT, we can aid students in making a decision as to which test to prepare for. To schedule a diagnostic for your student, please give us a call or send a message.
SAT and ACT Foundation Prep
Students who have underlying issues with academic skills in the areas of math, reading comprehension, English or writing, will benefit from this course. Sessions are specifically designed for freshman, sophomores and rising juniors who want to build a strong foundation of content for the SAT or ACT, which empowers students to achieve their highest potential.
The purpose behind our SAT and ACT Foundations Prep, is to give students an upper hand when it comes time to start test prep and taking the SAT or ACT exams. If you feel your child will benefit from CAEE’s Foundations, you should begin planning early. We prefer to schedule students for no more than one session per week for 1-1.5 hours.

Today's students are often over-scheduled and overwhelmed. The demands of rigorous courses, after-school sports, and other extracurricular activities make "keeping up" difficult for many. Students find themselves procrastinating, cramming, and staying up late in order to complete projects, papers, and reports.
Academic Coaching helps students plan and utilize their time effectively and efficiently. Students learn how to learn as they become independent and self-regulated.
Tutors will introduce, reinforce and monitor progress of newly learned strategies. Skills are integrated using assignments, projects, and test preparation from their classes to teach students the necessary skills without loading their schedules with extra assignments.
